I'm not sure about the "all around" part, but his style of high volume punching in weird unorthodox angles while quick on his feet to move and and out, his accuracy and power, and add his underrated feints to the equation, is definitely on a class of its own.

Most commentators, HBO or not, will always say the phrase "where did that punch came from?!" when commenting on Pac's punches.
I don't think there will ever be another boxer that will able to successfully imitate Pacquiao's "style" again. (for one, there are holes on it, so why bother?)

EFFECTIVENESS - i say yes, VERSATILITY (being able to adjust with ALL types of opponents' styles eg. counterpuchers AKA. JMM) - a big NO NO

To answer your question, No. Manny is not the most complete all-around offensive fighter. Marquez is a better offensive fighter than Manny. **** Manny barely went to the body on Marquez in their 3 fight and head hunted all night. Barely went to the body on Mosley. He is good at what he does but it is a stretch for anyone to say he is the most complete all - around and that is not even a knock on him but the facts. He is good at what he does and I will leave it at that.

Effective, athletic but his last fight highlighted why he isnt the most complete or adaptable.

Definitely a great offensive fighter when he gets it going. But it is a bit of a stretch to say he a complete all-around offensive fighter.

Id say morales could do everything manny could do and more.. Including fighting southpaw ;).

He also had an amazing jab that barely got used because he loved to brawl,

That's an unfair comparison. Morales is god among mere mortals.

No, far from it. Morales,Jmm, Floyd,MAB, Martinez,Ward, soon Mares & Gamboa, etc. are all better offensive fighters. Pacquiao has No inside game, No jab, rarely goes to the body, has no idea how to fight in or off of clinches, can't cutt the ring off, and can't fight off the backfoot. Some punches he throws and moves he makes with his feet are nice but to say he's the best offensive fighter then/now or have him in the conversation is hilarious.

He has seemed flat in his recent fights. I'm not seeing a little Tyson anymore, in terms of ferociousness. More like a Kevin Mcbride era Tyson. Maybe Pac is starting to wind down.

I'm starting to think that Pacquiao just straight up isn't comfortable throwing a variety of shots against opponents who are waiting on him to engage. He's going to have to be if he hopes to compete evenly with Mayweather. He's a great body-puncher when he goes for it. He's a great counter-puncher when he looks confident (instead of holing up in his guard like he did against Marquez.) He throws varied combinations when in a rhythm. I guess once you feint him, circle him, counter him, and confuse him by disrupting his and your own rhythm to the extent Marquez did, Pac just goes back to what he knows best: feint, 1-1-2. I guess that's what Roach meant when he said from the start he saw Many "falling into the same way he fought him the last two times."

Yes. I'm offended when his ******ed fanbase tries to pass him off as an ATG.

I would agree that he is against the "right kind" of opponent...but I didn't think he looked that great offensively against JMM or SSM. That doesn't mean he looked poor, he just didn't look the same as the guy who ran through Cotto, Tony, Hatton, ODLH. He's a rhythmn fighter, if he can fight in rhythmn he's awesome, if not he's just "pretty good".
