Is the Manny Pacquiao Boxing's current most complete all-around "offensive" Boxer?

I agree with this. If the question was "is pac the most exciting offensive fighter?" then i would answer differently. But he is far from a complete offensive fighter. There are just too many things he doesnt/cant do on offense. He is good at the few things he can do. Thats it.

 

I think you can argue about him not being "complete" as there are obvious shortcomings as others have mentioned. But I do think he has the best offense of all the current fighters. Other fighters might have a more complete arsenal but Pac has the better weapons. The things he does, he does extremely well and it's a long list compared to the things he doesn't do.

 

As far as being a COMPLETE offensive fighter, hell no. No way and I'm sure everyone knows this. I believe Manny is the most exciting without question.

 

Not the most complete or all around, but when he gets going is one of if not the best at what he does with his offense.

 

Pac would have to be #1 today, Gamboa also deserves mention

This is indeed very strange, in his earlier fights he folded guys over ala Bute. Mebbe he's fallen in love with looking at his own handspeed as he's fought (relatively) slower guys.


I just wish Freddie would do a Cus D'Amato and make him study film(s) of Smokin' Joe cutting off the ring. So frustrating watching him bewildered by movement:tired

 

How is he the most complete,he can only fight going forwards and fights all the guys he faces the same way..
