You're calling other people idiots when you say this? Sugar is sugar, too much isn't good for you and it can make you fat. What do you think, that sugar in fruit is magical and doesn't have the same amount of energy and doesn't affect the body the same way? Fruit has antioxidants and fibre which is good for you but things like bananas and strawberries are high in fructose and will most certainly rot your teeth and cause you to gain weight if you eat too much. It's funny when you see a fat person on a diet claiming that they're eating 'healthy' by only eating lots of fruit. People are so keen to label foods as good or bad, too much of anything will hurt you.
Well that depends. You could actually die from starvation if all you did was drink water and eat celery, because you burn more calories digesting both then you intake when you eat them.
Just pointing out the obvious... It's impossible to have excess celery then? You'd probably be having excess water but the issue then isn't your body swelling up but your brain swelling up.
Are you having problems eating ****ing fruit? If so, your problems are bigger than making weight. Fruit is fine.
I have no problem i was just wondering if a food whch is motsly sugar (even natural) is good or bad for you. I suggest you stay out of my threads if ur not bothered readng original post or saying something constructive
Nope. The antidote for sugar is fiber. Fruit is packed with it. So what it packs in calories it negates with shortening the time of it and ALL food in your digestive tract. The rule of moderation on the super sugary/starchy fruits applies though. Eating pounds of super sweet grapes or tons of plantains along with your regular meals can't be a good thing. However with an active lifestyle and over-consumption of fruit though you will probably get diarrhea before you get fat. Mind you fruit juice is just as bad if not WORSE than sugar. It is fructose without the fiber.
