    The only one I know used most of the time is standing upsidedown and bending the neck on different directions.

    Is this the one where he's lifting weights whilst biting on a towel?

    Can't imagine that being good for the teeth.

    Maybe not, but I guess if your using a lighter weight then it should be okay.

    Well, I done this excercis many times and every time it feels like my teeth is gonna fall out, lol

    any excercise involving extension of the neck like that is not safe, thats not a natural movement for the neck. but then again the human body wasnt designed to box either,

    I used to do this but stopped because it made my gums bleed pretty badly

    I can't believe that the "strengthening of the jaw" that that does is anything useful for boxing. The part for neck strength should be doable with just one of those harnesses or with a towel and him pulling down on it.

    Maywrather does it as well but he doesn't bite.. he uses like a cap thing on his head and works the sameway as canelo.... helps you take a punch..

    I just saw a pro do this at my gym, I thought the same thing lol biting the towel with the kettle bells just seems risky/unsafe to me. I'd rather go with a harness
