Pacquiao is the champion at junior welterweight. It's a bit hard to say he's dodging someone in the weight division above him. Now say Pac was campaigning as a bonafide welterweight and decided to fight a lightweight instead of fighting Shane - that would be tantamount to dodging. Hmmm. Why does that sound familiar?

This is the type of answer you give when you are beaten by your parents daily just for being born ugly.

I wouldn't say dodging, I'd just say assessing the scene and contemplating his next move. He's always like this after fights when he goes back to the media scrum in the Phillipines- I think he gets asked so many questions he just gives open ended answers so his answers don't come back to bite him in the ass. He's too nice a guy to say 'he's ****' or 'I'm not fighting him' about another fighter. The best bet on Pacman's next fight is always Arum- Arum said after Cotto-Clottey so that's when I expect a decision/ announcement. The Pacquiao- Mosley fight is the best out there, IMO at the moment though.

No. He said he will fight Mosely if they will negotiate and the promoters agreed, everytime hes interviewed by the medid. Have heard him say "Mosely who? Mosely with 5 loses! " IMHO
