4 fights and everyone of these 4 fights is with controversy

AA vs taylor - Saurland running and talking to officials and AA's corner early in the fight where Taylor was winning on the scorecards.

Dirrell vs Froch - Poor reffing letting Froch get away with dirty antics but penalizing Dirrell for his and the blatant robbery.

Ward vs Kessler - Ward getting away with a lot of dirty antics.

Dirrell vs AA - Controversial DQ just when things were picking up for AA.

Sorry but this tournament is joke and I blame the whole USA vs European concept about it. I dont want to wait 2 years and have a champion with a lot of ??? on him. This thing is going to end with..."oh he should rematch so and so".

Good to see boxrec jump Bute to #1 in the division atleast they have it right.

    LMMFAO

there is nothing controversial about it noob. . . knock out or no knock out. He hit him after a slip, it would have been a DQ regardless

So we should just let promoters who are constantly bitching and fighting with each other make these fights without the tourney?

This tournament is the best thing for SMW since Roy Jones and James Toney.

    :lol::lol::lol:

I dont know if this is sarcasm, but thanks for the laugh. None of these fools would last 8 rounds with either a super middleweight Toney or Roy.

Oh **** off eh, this tournament GUARANTEES a series of really great matchups if nothing else. On top of that it bypasses the belts in many ways, it innovative and there is some good hype surrounding it, as well as the Fight Camp 360 shows which are very well put together.

    Some people are never happy.

On a somewhat unrelated note, now Dirrelk has this win, its even more frustrating that he didn't give Froch less respect, cause that is a fight he should have won. He may struggle to beat Ward and go out.

    ?

Ok, even if that is the case, so what? Does that make the super 6 a fraudalent waste of time?

We are getting a series of great matchups, the best are being forced to fight the best and still people complain.

Great point. The division was much better off with fights like Ward-Pudwill, Kessler-Sartison and Abraham-Marquez. Shame on these promoters.

    In the past five months we've had Abraham/Taylor, Abraham/Dirrell, Dirrell/Froch and Kessler/Ward.

What other division has even come close to putting on that number of world class matchups?

The tournament is fantastic, and Showtime should be happy with the resulting talk from last night, although I'm sure they are concerned for Dirrell just like everyone else.

Yes, the only way to avoid competitive fights ending contraversially is to ensure that top contenders never fight each other and instead defend their titles in their home arenas against carefully chosen bums. You twat.

Some people will complain about anything.

This tournament is fantastic for the Super Middleweight division and for boxing as a whole. There's been some controversy? Some fights get delayed? So ****in what.

We're being treated to the divisions best fighters facing each other in a format where one loss doesn't automatically ruin a fighters career.
