    Most of what you said is true, but Dzindziruk doesn't belong on that list anymore. He's had two mandatories in a row in 2008, Konecny and Julio.

    If you look at the ratings you will se a lot of biass on organizations
    The wbo a puertorrican title
    WBC a mexican title
    IBF a afro american title, includes africa too.
    WBA south america title venezuela , panama argentina.

    Those organization are always baised for a country if you look the ratings from years and their champions and mandatories you will seee, just take a look.

    Gary Lockett getting made #1 contender by the WBO must be the worst example of Warrens "influence" there. He wasn't even in the top 15 of the IBF or WBA or the top 40 of the WBC when the WBO made him their mandatory.

    Without fighting anyone though, he jumped to 15 in the WBC rankings the month before his fight with Pavlik, which is the minimum ranking he needed for the Pavlik fight to be sanctioned as a world title fight by them.

    I think they are all as bad as each other.
