Is the Welterweight Division right now the best Divison in histroy?

    The welterweight division was at its peak around 79-80 when Leonard, Duran, Hearns, Benitez, and Palomino were the top 5 fighters.

    No; it might be the best since there have been 17 divisions, however.

    But were there 10-15 other guys who are seen as contenders, everyone on that list could be a champ at another weight?
