is their proof that Margarito cheated against Cotto?

What I do know is that the Commission and the DA were planning on taking both Tony and his trainer down.. But for some reason the DA decided not to proceed with criminal charges.. That alone should sum it up... if there was enough evidence even in the mosley case he would be facing serious time in prison right now.

 

Its a proven fact that Margarita cheated.....the only item left is his confession !!!

They were planning to do what they should have done IF and only IF the evidence supported those actions. Since the evidence was so weak they had to drop the criminal charges otherwise the lawsuit could have been placed on them. I'm not sure one way or the other but what I do know is that this kind of serious accusations requires SERIOUS actions. But they didn't have any solid proof or evidence that they could move forward with to get a life time ban which would be appropriate as it was in the Resto case where the evidence was there.

 

This is matter of common sense. If you have fights against two guys who already fought each other, And you beat the **** out of the guy who won that fight, WHY ARE YOU GOING TO CHEAT AGAINST THE GUY WHO LOST THAT FIGHT??????


Simple answer: Because that is what you do. You are a cheater. You cheated against Cotto and tried to cheat against Mosley, But you got caught.

 

I'm honeslty on the fence with this. The accusations are very serious and for me there isn't ENOUGH evidence to support a life time ban. However...if there was somthing solid I wouldn't want to see Marg fighting again. I like him as a fighter...he's a good fighter but that kind of thing is un-acceptable, but being accused of something like that and if it's not true is almost just as bad...actually it's worse b/c you are affecting a mans way to support his family. So I'm not sure if he's guilty or not.....if he was actually guilty and there were solid evidence he wouldn't have gotten the slap on the wrist that he recieved.

Thx Lance....I mean, I do understand why there are A LOT who completely hate Marg now b/c if he did cheat that is some major ****. But if EVERYONE got the details surrounding the investiagtion, the comments that were made by those who were apart of the investiagation and were completely unbiased they would all know that the evidence was pretty weak. People who felt, saw and handled the wraps that Marg had on said they were not hard at all and that although elements that are found in Plaster of paris were present it was such a small amount. Not to mention those same exact elements are also found in common everyday lotions.:think

 

Exactly but you have haters saying for sure there was solid proof, when there really wasnt... There is more proof that Floyd blatantly ducked Margarito than Margarito tried to load his gloves with Plaster paris.

 

There is 100% proof Margarito beat Cotto's ass, I have the tape.
