I agree with your post, however there was evidence before the Mosley fight, but the Commission missed and only intervened when Naz kicked up a fuss.

Commissions forget what happened with Resto-Collins and more interested in their fees than the well being of a fighter.

Cheato was caught with plaster the ***** should have been banned for life. We all know boxing is a dangerous sport, however when you have a highly trained athelte whose sole purpose is to inflict damage and who hits harder than non-trained pro boxers then essential the guy was a lethal weapon.

    are you for real?

he never agreed to the test Floyd wanted...OSDT no cut offs...Pac created the cut off nonsense then was offered 14 days and he balked at it and fought Clottey.

so explain to me why he said no to the very deal he is so ready to settle for now...6 months ago.

stop trying to placing all blame on Floyd Pac played a ***** just as much as Floyd played *****

Manny agreed to random testing from the agency of his choice but he had his own stipulations on how close to the fight the blood could be withdrawn. He didn't completely say "NO" which I'm sure if the roles had been reversed and it was Manny who said Floyd was on the "A side of Meff", without any evidence and called into question his entire career..I'm sure Floyd would have told Manny to go **** himself especailly if Manny had the gall to demand drug testing to "clear" his name based on accusations "HE" started.

Manny just entertaining Floyd on the drug tests was more than they expected. Which is why the purse is the obstacle in this round of negotiations. how convienent right?:yep

Both have been acting like bitches....I get that. But for me I always see a situation for what it is...NOT JUST AT A SURFACE LEVEL...which is what most do. There is a root to this problem....and Floyd is the root. Not that he is at completel blame for everything that has transpired.....but if not for his actions or demands this fight would have already been done. If not for Floyd and his actions and demands this go round in negotiations for a Floyd vs Manny fight the contracts would have already been signed, sealed and delivered........

So if it's clear that the hold ups in making these fights clearly come from Floyd I'm not sure why people are choosing to overlook that fact. Sure Manny could just completely roll over and let Floyd give it to him without any vasaline but why should he? Manny has just as much leverage if not more than Floyd in negotiations right now. But Manny is the one who has been making the most concessions in order to see this fight come to fruition.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

    No, there isn't.

No evidence that would hold any weight in a court, or a hearing.

All hearsay and paranoia. Founded hearsay and justifiable paranoia, but nothing that would come close to getting a conviction or a no contest.
