Is there a best time to go running?

    Yes it does, your right, but the AMOUNT of fat burned is different for EVERY person, or calories for that matter. Even if two people started out at the exact same time, the cals and fat burned will be different between them. and all of your "subtle" factors, do make a big difference.

    Untrue, you have two people, one, an athlete who eats 4 small meals a day, gets 8 hours of sleep, is active, and works out in the AM. Now the other one, same weight, doesn't work out often, Doesn't eat breakfast, has a big lunch, big dinner and a snack. his food isn't as healthy, but their cal intake is close to the same. If you try to tell me that their metabolism is the same i hope you get hit by a truck. And don't feed me that "its the same process" crap, cuz i already know this. BUT if you think that there is no difference in people who take care of themselves and people who don'ts metabolism, you shouldnt even post about this anymore cuz ur dead wrong.

    Now what above listed is a natural difference between the two? You really aren't making an argument here. How does an eltie athleat and a couch potato relate the the subject at all? They are both still going to burn more fat in the morning because their bodies still work the exact same way.

    Whats really funny with you argument is you are agreeing with me. I've wrote this about 5 times.

    God you are a ****ing dumbass. No wonder you majored in this **** science. You couldn't pass anything else.

    And body weight is still a larger factor than anything your ignorant ass mentioned. A 200lb man will always burn about 50-60% more caloreis than a 115lb man doing any activity.

First, i know what parts i was agreeing with and what i wasnt, BUT, what i was getting to is dont send out **** to people asking for info when ur info is wrong. Yes with the very beginning of your post i agree with, BUT your science is ****. and u just proved that by contradicting exactly what you said earlier. Everything i have been arguing has to do with two different people, whether its an elite athlete and a couch potato or not. Don't spit numbers out to people when ur full of ****

    WTF lol. Now you talk about definition... The chemical processes occurring within a living cell or organism that are necessary for the maintenance of life. In metabolism some substances are broken down to yield energy for vital processes while other substances, necessary for life, are synthesized.

    There's your definition, now A, i want you to tell me when i said the system changes... I simply said that everyone has different metabolism, which is a fact. YES YOUR RIGHT, they all do metabolize the same way, its the same process, i want you to tell me where i said that wasn't the case, cuz what i recall i said is that everyone has a different metabolism, and you cant throw out numbers to calculate it cuz everyones metabolism is different. Tell me professional at biology, if i were to take your little formula and calculate your metabolism, and then actually test you, or anyone else of that matter, you think its gonna be the same in terms of glucose, and ATP synthesis and Cals burned? unless you can account for every veriable in your metabolism than no, its not gonna be the same. The process will be but when your talking about the ACTUAL metabolic rate of someone, your formula is **** so STFU already. Which is the point i have been trying to make with you since the beginning of this arguement. So stop throwing out definitions and your statement about AM workouts cuz i didnt disagree with any of that. i said your formula is wrong and you cant calculate someones metabolic rate based on a general average of a human being cuz i'm sorry but thats not correct.

    That's what i said earlier lol, as did windigo, we're just using ur page to be idiots on a keyboard. but in reality if ya can shoot for AM, thats the best time to do it

    I'm a fraud?? lol number 1, ur plagerizing everything u write, number two, ur giving me the same stupid arguement u gave Versus. And four, yes, we do do all that testing here at Mayo, so i dunno, maybe if u were IN science and not just knew people u went to school with you'd understand.
