Is there a blueprint for beating the current version of Wlad?

Since Peter I, Wlad has been an altogether different beast to the fighter who was smashed to bits by Sanders and put on ***** street by many others. No fighter has come close to beating him since.

What would be an effective gameplan for beating the current version of Wlad?
Does height play a massive role or can a smaller fighter get the better of him?
Do you see any traits in current HW prospects that would allow said fighters to beat Wlad or at the very least put him in trouble?

Yes, and it's still the same as it has ever been.

A big puncher, who goes all out and isn't afraid to get sparked himself. It's only more difficult now as it was 8 years ago because of the better defence.

Scott has all the tools. What we need now is a gameplan.

someone with a big punch who isnt old.

even someone old with a big enough punch, tbf.

Or essentially, a decent opponent instead of a semi-muppet.

    Punch him in the face.

    Preferably quite hard.

Haha. Funnily enough though, most of Wlad's opponents don't seem to have figured this out.

I think fighters would do better to go in there with the mindset of wining a decision.
Everyone goes in there waiting to find the perfect punch and they just give away rounds eating jabs.
They would still probably lose, but it would make a better fight of it.

Yeah, you have to outbox him, not just assume he will break down if you put the heat on him. Each and every one goes in there and hope the Sanders miracle will repeat itself. I though Haye perhaps would be smarter but nope.

Many ESB-posters seems as dumb, unfortunately :verysad

The same blueprint applies, there just isn't anybody out there who can execute it. Pressuring Wlad and getting him out of his comfort zone is the only way to beat him. He is too big to let stand on the outside and safety first his way to a late TKO.

An armoured tank couldn't take this, let alone Wlad's glass mandible.
    5 mins onwards.
