Is there a more excruciating commentator than Kellerman?

My question about this is, who is talking to him in his earpiece during interviews?

I noticed this once when Merchant was interviewing Taylor in the dressing room after being knocked out by Pavlik, you could clearly hear somebody pushing Merchant the questions they wanted answered.

So is it really Kellerman pushing these ideas himself, or is he merely pushing the questions the way HBO wants them to be asked?

Every since that Merchant interview I've wondered about this.

Whoever's talking to this clown and telling him what to say isn't good enough to make up for his lack of boxing knowledge, commentating ability and overall talent.

How could it be different?? Unlike virtually all major boxing commentators, Kellerman never was a participant or worked as a journalist before getting put on TV. His qualifications? Having some rinky-dink cable access show!! :rofl It SHOWS!

Kellerman has fallen in line right behind Lamps as a company man.

  5. :deal He is amateur. His voice is annoying, and he asks the most awful questions. :dead
