Is there a more impressive reign than Benny Leonard's @ 135 lbs.?

If you consider everything that makes a great one - quality of opposition, activity, giving rematches, overall dominance - Benny's might stand alone. From knocking out Freddie Welsh in 1917 to outclassing Lew Tendler in '23 he fought over 80 times with minimal fuss against a handful of dangerous opponents. The only real blotch during this time was the DQ against Jack Britton that, seeing as it took place at 147 lbs., does not count.

Which reigns do you feel are comparable using this four-ruled criteria, or, if you're good enough to argue a case, which do you feel are better?

An impressive reign and an ATG but weren't an inordinate amount of his fights ended in a 'non-decision'?
    Educate me if I'm wrong.
