Is there a STADIUM in Las Vegas to use for Mayweather-Pacquiao?

They are going to have it at the MGM and charge $100 for CCTV (LOL)...that was GB's plan. Typical of boxing promoters. I also predict a 3 fight undercard with four rounders.

Or Texas, since they don't test for anything, so Pacquiao can shoot EPO directly into his ****ing eyeballs on his way to the ring.

 

This fight has to occur in Vegas regardless if 25K people can see it or not. Cowboys stadium might be nice and all but it doesn't attract enough super stars because there is nothing to do in Arlington, there aren't any high class resturants, no shows, no stores, no casinos, few clubs, and hardly any elite hotels near the stadium(Holiday Inn and Best Western aren't cutting it). Vegas has everything people need within a few miles, while Cowboys stadium has hotdogs, Wal-Mart and a discount tire.

 

obviously holding it a larger venue makes it more affordable for most people

but the reality is....theres nothing like going to a big fight at the mgm.....just walking thru the casino and thru the wing the leads to the arena on the way to the fight just gives me chills

That was the biggest reason why Schaffer pulled the plug on Dallas being a fight location during negotiations.

 

It will be in Vegas.

So it might as well be in the Thomas and Mack center of UNLV, which holds over 18K seats.

I'm glad. Texas is known for stupid decisions, and it seems like it's in their culture to favor brawlers moar. I'm not for having moar affordable prices for everyone else at the cost of a proper decision.
