So? Don't say UFC/MMA - rolling on the floor and hugging for three 5 minute rounds it easier than rugby in my eyes. Think outside the box fella's. Tribal sports? - zulu stick fighting? Mongolian wrestling?
Training wise? I'd say swimming is a close second... Bjj isn't as intense, muay thai is similar to boxing but for some reason not as intense (mentally more challenging though)... I'd say wrestling and muay Thai comes third in a tie
Break it down into sections if you like OVERALL - i'd say boxing Mentally - Training - Physically - etc etc
WSM is pretty tough. Combines brute out of this world strength, with speed and coordination, therefore the strongest man doesnt always win. This content is protected
I think ESPN did some kind of study on this exact topic.....Guess which sport came out on top as the most difficult based on a number of different measurable criteria? BOXING!:good
I thought it was well known that majority of sport scientists and anylists had boxing at the top closely followed by gymnastics and ballet which is funny because they are so differant
yes mma is tougher many more broken bones, getting choked out and your arms/ankles twisted is a much worse experience than getting punched
I personally know a strongman competitor and you're right, it's a tough sport, but there's one thing they don't need to bother with...one of the toughest thing throughout many athletes careers.....dieting Which excludes it imo from the really tough games...
