Your not the one in their taking the punches. Macklin was done he was behind on the cards and wasn't likely to knock him out, no point getting knocked out live to fight another day. Good call by mcgirt. Now drink some water baby

I keep thinking fighters will get it: if you're a warrior, don't go to Buddy because he'll stop your fights early every time. That said, Macklin was getting KTFO in the 12th round if the doctor/ref even let him proceed.

Really though, I never feared Sexy Sergio would lose this fight because the McGirt Curse afflicts all his charges.

I'm not but he said it himself he would've like to finish also ... a lot of his fighters tend to disagree with his stoppages ... live to fight another day but in a championship bout I would like to go out on my shield

Didnt like the Paulie Hatton stop

though his stopping of Brewster in the Wlad 2 fight though early was probably a good move

tonights was completely fine sure it robbed us of a big KO or the what if but it was done Macklin was finished

A lot of his fighters are no longer his fighters because of his early stoppages.

A lot of them are no longer his fighters because they realize he ****ing sucks.

sergio had macklin figured out, he was hitting him at will and with a legit solid kd.

maybe too soon, maybe not, but buddy had reason.
