Is there any fighters in history under 200 pounds that you believe could beat Lewis, Klitschko etc

I think Jimmy Wilde could hit them with the dynamite ball buster destroyer. He might even end their careers.

It depends. Some HW boxers dosen't even train diligently and aren't highly ranked + are taking fights on short notice vs opponents who are after decent pre fight camp and then.
Imagine someone who had been KOed multiple times, is slow, fat, doesn't train and never was high rank boxer.
Place this with short notice vs 175 lbs good boxer and he most likely will loss.
Place the same 175 lbs boxer vs the same Dorticos and then size difference will be big game.

If boxers are in at least similar level, for example top 50 boxers or top 50 - 100 area boxers, for sure even few lbs and few inches in reach will matter damn a lot.

There is reason why boxers maintain as low weight class as it it possible.
Only one expcetion is CW division most likely because HW division pays more purses for boxers like from top 11-50 range.
Ofc there is another reason: if you are 220 lber, it is not easy to make it 200 lbs limits weight ins and circle 10-12 rounds with hard hitting opponent.

A lot of CW boxers does hit very hard and might even deliver opponent out of the ring with beatup not only KO.

To bear beatup is easier if you do not have to de hydrate and re hydrate and might not worry, do you have 7% or 12% body fat.
Higher body fat is good for ribs: a bit more protection and not that easy to see where to beat.

I do not mean obese slobs but even 7 or 12 % if big difference.

It's not that nobody under 200 could beat these guys, but it's that that guy most likely couldn't make a career out of it.

In a one-off, a young Ali or Louis, possibly a slightly lighter Evander... guys like that could do it. But they'd lose against one or two for sure. But that's basically any heavyweight. That's quite the murderer's row there.
All big and skilled with championship pedigree. Nobody is having an easy time of it with that lot.

Chris Byrd was just 208lb when he defeated Vitali Klitschko.

I think a 200 pound Usyk could defeated the other Klitschko. Apparently he got the better of him when they sparred.

Depends from how old they will be.
Usyk now doesn't looks to be in prime at all.
Usyk barely had defeated Briedis and only Usyk fans doesn't see this and admit this.

Then, both : Usyk and Briedis had sparred with Vitali and Wlad.

Old, half lethargic Wlad he might had won via decision when he was in shape like in fight vs Pulev, then yeah.
    Wlad then already was old.

So I shouldn’t believe you either which makes what’s written now valid and invalid to me all at once.

    Yes, it most probably will.

I do think you make a valid point about a younger, smaller Holy doing at least as well as the older bigger one against Lewis, though.

Byrd was losing basically every round until Vitali's shoulder blew out. I suppose if they lose an arm it would certainly help.
