Although he's relatively new to the top fighter level, I don't recall controversies in a Kelly Pavlik fight (unless you count some people saying the first Taylor fight should have been stopped in Round 2).

Looks like I'm a little late to the party (and a slow typer).

His first fights with Roland LaStarza and Ted Lowry have been regarded as controversial decisions.

The rematch with Ray Leonard was controversial.

Prince Naseem Hamed. Won every fight convincingly til Barrera beat him, and beat him well. (every points win was a UD, no SD's)

That is the best answer so far though I think that he should have been DQ'd when he did such a blatant intentional fould and body slammed Soto but I seem to be the only one that feels that way so I guess it doesn't count

Mike had that NC against Norris I think when he puched him as the bell was ringing. I think Tyson was hard done by on that occasion and should have been able to continue to fight.

    The Klitschkos.

Sorry groupies, this stoppage was not controversial, no matter what the judges had it after six.

The Patterson rematch was stopped early. The count was quick.

The twitching of the leg was only temporary.

Also, the first fight was stopped early. The ref should've waited until there was 8 knockdowns in the round before calling it.
