You might get lucky one day, who knows. Only a couple of months ago and we all thought there was only limited footage of Jofre but now a load more of him has turned up.
I think the silence has more to do with everyone awaiting a positive response than just shrinking away because they're embarrassed at not knowing the answer. I know that's the case with me. If someone posted in the affirmative you'd probably have to take cover to avoid the avalanche of the "Where??" and "How do I get my hands on a copy??" replies that would surely follow.
