    That was on October 29th, 2009 on a Sirius Radio show. It was from a denied motion from Mayweather to dismiss the defamation per se case against him (ruled on March 21st, 2011). But you are right, he didn't directly come out and really make the accusations until January 2010, when he said "Pac's on them power pellets!"

    EDIT: nevermind, it wasn't until March 4th, 2010 when Floyd said that. He said: ‘Pacquiao's got the power pellets, yo, and the steroid juice. Pacquiao got the power pellets you know.’ ”).

    The motion ruled that Pacquiao had sufficient evidence to bring a defamation per se case against Floyd, and that it could proceed to trial. . .
