I was going to answer, but I don't know what Lettuce be cereal means. I will answer the heading of the thread. There is a question. JMM committed to the punch in a way Floyd never would have.

Yes because Floyd never fought Manny in his prime. I believe Manny is controlled by Arum but would fight anybody. Floyd on the other hand just fights now and then so he always has an excuse not to fight certain fighters. I consider Floyd one of the all time pound for pound greats in terms of ability, but his inactivity and the fact he never fought Manny counts against his ATG position- probably more than it does against Pac

Styles make fights don't think mayweather can have the.same. success but I do favor him, Marquez is an gtessive counter puncher that uses waist movement and fronts may relies on his reflexes and shoulder roll
    I do favor may 60-40

there is a possibility that Floyd KO's him but not like that.

Pac lunging in like that is the same way Hatton lunged in and got turned-buckled witht he check hook.

While JMM didnt pull the exact style as Floyd he did use it in a degree...he stepped to the side and fired his own straight right down the pike while Pac lunged in.

Now i dont know if floyd would have adjusted that fast or could pull it off...i do know he has that in his tool box with fighters who lung.

The first two rounds that Pac fought, would have trouble Floyd alot of head movements and feinting. just not sure if Pac can keep that up for the whole 12 rounds, and Floyd would have adjusted.

No, only fools think that Manny would beat Floyd. Floys in this generation's best boxer. Floyd is on another level and Manny has been a media hype-job for a long long time.
The only fighter right now that I see competing with Floyd at 147-154 is Alvarez. Don't think he could beat Floyd now because he's so young and inexperienced (albeit very experienced for his age), but he's a beast.
