Is there any super middleweight (168 lb) that could stop Hagler? Anyone who has fought at 168 lbs since the inception of the division. Could McClellan do it?

If Mugabi had Hagler hurt, much as he had a poker face… I don’t doubt a guy said to weigh about 185-190lbs on fight night (and is a puncher) could take him out - If Gerald showed up and managed to not pull a Toney on the scales… hard fight for MMH just keeping it real.

My man Victor Galindez was World LHW Champion and I am positive he beats Hagler at 168 or slighly above.

Did Stevenson ever fight at 168 lbs? I only remember him fighting at 175 lbs.

What i mean are guys who have actually competed at 168 lbs - RJJ, Benn, McClellan, Canelo, Ward, Calzaghe etc.

He'd lose to some probably, but he had a Ali like Chin,so doubtful.

He would probably lose to Jones and Calzaghe at 168, but I don't see anyone else.

Hard to picture a man who never was stopped get stopped. Hagler could box to keep himself away from a pressure fighter. Watch Vito vs Hagler 1. I think Marvin could box well enough to fight a survivor's fight if he found himself in trouble. Marvin and Hagler were natural 160lbers and perfect at that weight, so I don't see him moving up unless it was a mega purse like a Canelo fight or Roy Jones or Calzaghe or Ward, but I don't see him getting stopped

RJJ at his 168 best might have a real shot at it.

G-Man would have the best shot, but I wouldn't bet on it.
