There are numerous threads about what Mayweather is saying and numerous threads about what Manny is saying and Arum is saying but a few things that are going unnoticed and they are both very important to getting negotiations started for this fight are

    1) Manny has a lawsuit against Floyd-This is similiar to the NBA Lockout situation the deal really got rolling once they asked the federal judge to drop the claims against the NBA. Has anyone heard whether or not Manny has dropped his lawsuit?

    2) The federal judge sending Mayweather's team a letter saying they are not open for negotiations. Again has this situation been taking care of? If not negotiations cannot take place?

In defense of Floyd Mayweather (someone tried to mention this earlier in a negative sense) he hasn't said Pacquiao May 5th MGM grand in the same sentence (thus protecting himself from the arbitrator saying no negotiations).

I would like to know if there is any update on this situation because until the court issued are dropped Manny, Floyd and Arum are just talking about something which in reality can't happen.

Floyd will beat pac in may, and the judge will award pac victory in the settlement case with floyd, damages totalling to $1 million.

*******s will say pac and floyd are 1 −1. LMAO

i think all he has to do is say sorry (like oscar/gbp), and pac would drop the lawsuit. testing would still continue.

What I was comparing to the nba is that there isn't much you can get done.

The mediator who is handling the case that sent the email has mediated issues between top rank and golden boy before I don't think he is the judge in the lawsuit though.
