Is there any way Iggy can beat Wlad?

  1. Anytime 2 guy's get in the ring over 200 lbs and start throwing anything can happen- nobody in hell thought Douglas would beat Tyson:hat

Wlad was KO'D by Purrity and Sanders 2 journeyman, and Brewester beat the hell out of him the 1st time so Wlad's been beaten up by guy's who are decent but far from great..

Wlad has a shaky chin he get's hit right he's going down..:dead

Wlad is a different fighter now then when he fought Purrity and Sanders + Wlad, as you say.."beat the hell out of" Brewster in the rematch

I agree about the over 200 lbs comment...but I just dont see Wlad losing this fight....bottom line is Wlad is a much better boxer, fighter in ALL aspects than Iggy

Iggy is a skilled, mobile, defensive, quick, southpaw with a good chin, as good as Brewster's.
If Wlad could not drop Brewster in 6 rds, he should not drop Sultan as well. I only see a KO/TKO at the last rds.

This fight is gonna be competitive.

I think Sultan's only chance is by KO/TKO, landing a powerfull left at some point to hurt Wlad, can't see him outboxing Wlad.
Nevertheless I think it won't happen because he is not even in camp yet, when he should be in for quite a while, trying to increase his power, defensive skills and getting a little edge over Wlad.

Sultan has no more than 30% chances on this fight.

    Agreed.

Ibragimov has to make use of his smaller size and handspeed. The only way to do that is to get close to Waldo and let his hands loose. If the big man tries to grab, bend at the waist and make it painfully obvious what he is doing. Also put your arms out so the ref can see who is holding. The more he leans down, the lower you get. Eventually the ref is gonna notice this abnormal behavior and start taking points from the octopus.

He cannot under any circumstances give Waldo time or distance. He has to stay on him like glue and be smart in the clinches. Make the big man look bad and make the ref notice his obvious grabbing.

Yup...Iggy will have to fight the best heavyweight battle of his life, and muct come in there with confidence, and all the lessons must be executed. He must fight this fight like the survival of the world dependce on it, and hope that Wlad is not in his best fighting mood, and just wants to get it over with as soon as possible.

Also, once Wlad makes a sign of a hug, UPPERCUT. But then again, the last 2 fights by Wlad, I dont remember anny hugging, maybe one during Brewster.

Iggy is another extremelly effective counter puncher with above average handspeed, mobility, strategical intelligence and a heavy punch ( knows how to throw it too and from the days he faced Felix Savon in the Olympics). Of course, he's not going to steal rounds against Wlad like he did against Briggs and Holyfield, but there would be no reason for him to take the fight if he didn't have chances. More than 30% of chances, something like 65-35 Klitschko.
