Is there anyone 175 lbs and under who has a chance against The Cobra?

I think Macca wouldn't last more than 4-5 rounds but I fancy Haye, to be honest...that is if he boxes intelligently, well out of reach of The Cobra's power...everyone knows it only takes one punch from The Cobra...and Haye's chin is not exactly granite, is it?

well that could mean anything! from 300 to 400 lbs! still with the cobra's speed and reflexes i dont think toney could flatten him.

Strange thread, he hasnt yet fought a live oponent and he is getting relatively old for a man who hasnt achieved anything at world level.

Hopkins, Dawson, Kessler, Bute, Taylor, Pavlik, Abraham and Johnson could all beat him...

Frochs mistake is having a no name promoter, who is kinda just 'picking it up' as he goes along.

    ...sorry, lame joke thread...

...I think Froch is very talented, physically, but the hype surrounding him is mind-boggling!

Yeah, it would be great for the division if he proves to be a real force, capable of beating everyone...but until he fights someone decent...let's just slow down a bit!:deal

Hyping prospects to the sky is never a good thing because you only increase the chance of a backlash when it all goes wrong.

Everyone knows who Froch is and he has a shot at the title now, so it's not like he needs the hype to appear on the radar...

...good luck to him! He needs some big fights soon, before he becomes too old.

The only good fighters at 168 lbs who are known quantities are Calzaghe and Kessler. Everyone else is still yet to prove themselves.
