Exactly. Anyone who beats a top fighter, whilst fighting on the backfoot, gets hailed as a great boxer. There is a massive amount of people who don't see any skill in offensive boxing. If they can't see that, they can't be expected to see the talent in being a great slugger or brawler either. If it's not slick, some people can't see any skill to it.

It's why people like Dirrell constantly get overrated. He's shown very little actual skill to me yet because he's happy to dance and throw flash combinations, he gets highly rated. Same for Judah too.

There is a crowd appeal to being a great slugger or brawler. Fact is that they don't reign long. Many are so one dimensional and eat so much damage getting ranked that they can only hold the title for a brief moment. Winning a title and losing it in the next defense is that "great boxing"?

Though I might be caught stretching the truth, Pac isn't a b*. I would though feel 100% positive he is cheating though if:

-- He fights Margarito in November (Marg turned down a fight with a Martinez who is white hot right now! :think)

-- There is no drug testing in Pac's next fight, especially if it is Marg!
