-They were ok with a 14-day cutoff OSDT at first when that's what Floyd asked for. Then when Floyd moved the goalpost to 0 days, all of a sudden 14 days was out of the question and unreasonable.

-They defended him when he made Marquez moved up 2 weight divisions to face Floyd and even defended Floyd when he failed to make the contractual weight.

    - It was reported from BOTH sides that he's asking for $100million dollars for a showdown with Pac and even that's being defended by his followers by saying the ppv price should be upped to accomodate Floyds demanded purse! Not even Floyd own father and uncle Jeff think its a realistic demand.

    - Its now being reported that Floyd may be fighting Spadafora in the summer and once again his diehard followers are defending this as a credible opponent. They're saying that its just a "tune-up" bout, but lets not forget that Floyd keeps retireing after every bout and is sidelining himself. Its not as if an injury or whatever else is keeping him on the sideline. Floyd is a A+ athlete. Does he really need a tuneup every year?

That's what I was asking too. If 14 days was good enough the first time around, why isn't it good enough the 2nd time around? Did Floyd suddenly learn something about PEDs between the first and second round of negotiations that said 14 days is no longer good enough? Or is it just an ego thing which only means he's trying to complicate negotiations?

And if the rumors are true about Spaddy, tune up or not, he's a less credible opponent than anyone Pac's fought recently. Imagine if Pac tried to fight Spaddy next! We'd never hear the end of it. It's Floyd's fault for being inactive for so long. We can't give him a pass for a tuneup with Spaddy.

The question is who should he fight if not Pac? I can't see him fighting any of Arum's guys. Berto, Bradley and Khan are all tied up. Maybe Paul Williams???

Im starting to agree with this. They may have purposely floated it out there to see the reaction from fans and the reaction has been less than stellar to put it mildly.

I think the only way people will accept this is if they already agree to terms with Pac for November and he can just downplay Spaddy as a piece of garbage who he is using to get sharp.

ill never defend the fact that hes a gay insecure mofo that hits women and poke people cause hes a ***** diva. When it comes to the boxing business tho everyone of them are *******/hypocrite. Floyd is just the best promoter and wont be told what to do. On the plus side theres no one right now who can be him at 147. Hes the 147 goat.

Ah, another Floyd thread. We were running short around here!

  14. The better question would be " Is there anything racist white guys who hate black people won't say to defend overrated jokes like Manny Pacquaio?
