Reports say this one surpassed the fight between Greb and Walker. Is any footage known to exist?

Yes, but I just have highlights.

Not sure what to relly think about it, since it only runs a few mins long.

I have it too. It's very brief, but I think it gives a good idea of how the pattern of the fight probably went and how their styles matched up.

Apostoli was the aggressor through all the highlights shown. Steele appeared to show good class and boxing ability early on, but Apostoli apparently wasn't phased by anything he did and just kept on coming. By the later rounds, Apostoli's pressure seemed to have gotten to Steele, and Steele was looking ragged and hurt. The clip doesn't show the actual KO/stoppage, but it ends with Apostoli swarming all over Steele like a maniac, and Steele doing what he could just to survive the onslaught. Reportedly, Steele was stopped on his feet not too long after that.
