watching the tyson documentary and he says something to the effect that he ignored pain cause he wanted to be tough like the old timers, harry greb and mickey walker. i swear he saw their ****ing fight when he was at cus'...

This is not exactly Harry Greb material, but it is just as big a holy grail. It is a pay article, where you only get to view a snippet, but it certainly sounds to me that John L Sullivan v Tom Sharkey (exhibition) is out there somewhere.

I know this off topic but does anyone else notice a resemblance between Arturo Gatti and Harry greb or is it just me?

Al, you have a better chance to get into Fort Knox, where the U.S. gold is stored...ESPN, is not concerned with the boxing public ,who would love to see their hero's of yesterday before they kick off. But to ESPN,they store it
until it becomes more valuable, and more profitable, and the public be damned !Most of us would pay to see rare film of the old great fighters.
Honestly, I don't understand ESPN's motivation to allow these films to rot on the shelves, without them showing the public,these rare gems at a
reasonable rate...Beats me !!!
