Good foundation, yeah. You have some understanding of striking and some understanding of grappling. Of course you should want to learn some more things to round out your game, but you have a decent foundation to build upon.
I'd recommend BJJ over Judo. Ground fighting is pretty neglected in Judo and you don't have to defend shots.
Anyone with a background in a striking discipline AND a grappling discipline is going to be well placed to advance quickly and succeed.
