    if the guy cannot see the fight has to be stopped for the fighters safety. I am fan of Ross' but if the ref does not call it a (intentional) foul the fight gets called a TKO. It is the governing bodies that have to over turn the decision if it unjust and/or order a rematch. This could be one of those freak things in boxing were there is no easy answer.
