i got fast hand and fast reflexes and i try to use that to my ever advantage. so when i spar i usually get used to people speed after a round or 2. now here the example they jab with the left, i block it using my left hand ( something like a swap) knocking thing arm to the said, so they open and i counter with a right hand. is that legal

Here's a classic example of someone with superior speed and reflexes getting away with a murderous mistake against slower guys.

But if you did it against a fast guy, and that guy had a good trainer, the next round, you'd be swapping away that jab, but you'd instantly realize it was a decoy to open yourself up for the immediate right hand behind.

That's why you don't see any pros doing it.

But you could get away with that swap and jab the guy right off of it. But stay a bit low in case he follows with his right.

Well. this is a lethal mistake cause if you parry with your jabarm if you are an orthodox facing an orthodox you are wide open for his right. it could work if the oponent is VERY slow and you are very fast.
however if you fight a southpaw, like me, you could parry my jab with your own jabarm (your left) and hit me hard with your own right, that works fine, for you that is, I would be hurt, he he! Otherwise always rely on your right doing most of the defense, your left is your working hand. if you are an orthodox that is.
    All the best

You won't get away with it against better quality opponents. Stick to textbook defense. It is easier, more efficient and safer.
