    Alot of people metioning Ortiz.

But Ortiz was a much bigger more explosive fighter. He hit harder. And he was coming off a better win that Ghost.

I actually thought ortiz was also giving it a very good effort, till he broke down mentally and was causing floyd trouble.

Marquez i could see a case for. That was probably the easiest night floyds had in the ring for a long time. It was very one sided.

I see Guerrero making the fight seem closer than it actually is because of his heart.

Ortiz gave Floyd very little trouble.

People remembering it differently need to go back and have a closer look. Just because Ortiz was pushing Mayweather to the ropes and throwing big powerful flurries doesn't mean he was enjoying success. Mayweather was exactly where he wanted to be and virtually nothing of note actually landed for Ortiz all night.

    No chance.

Hatton is definitely above gurrera. The odds were reasonably close on that one. Also Mosley and Ortiz had power and were coming off good performances.

Gurrera is coming off a war in which he scraped a berto win, . He has next to no chance.

Mosley and Ortiz at least had a shot.

The fact that we are debating this shows how carefully crafted PBFs career has been. We are debating if a guy who was at 126 no more than 3-4 years ago is a challenge for PBF and people are making good arguments that it is not the easiest fight he has taken. For a guy who has been a star for years you would think he would be taking on the toughest match ups possible.

You feminize the dude's name (repeatedly, so it can't be taken for an isolated 'mistake'), and expect to be taken seriously as though you don't have obvious bias?

So? The odds will probably be wider for Guerrero, but that isn't necessarily a reflection of reality (only perception). Stylistically Guerrero should pose more difficulty with his awkward ruggedness and lefty stance than a straight-ahead mugger/swarmer, and he's naturally larger than Hatton physically despite beginning his career at lower weights.

Anyway, Ricky did cause Floyd to break a few beads of sweat which is why he's currently #4 behind DLH, Cotto and Judah. I do suspect that Guerrero will squeak in there, but only just ahead of him. The bottom half of the list is well-distanced from the top. Hatton was - and Guerrero should be - much harder than Mosley/Ortiz/Mitchell/Marquez/Baldomir.

So? Is Wach the hardest defense Wlad has ever had? After all, Wach has power. It's meaningless if you don't have the means to affect someone with your power - and neither Ortiz nor old Mosley ever had the style & attributes to connect flush on Mayweather in a major way.

As for coming off performances, I rate Guerrero's against Berto over Ortiz's and over Mosley's against Margarito.

    Mosley would've years earlier.

Ortiz never had a shot. Stop kidding yourself with that.

Floyd has not faced a none champion since the Shamba Mitchel fight, not sure what you want from him

He always faces the top fighters in his divisions and p4p fighters..what tough match ups are you speaking about?? He fights the top available fighters...no need to mention Top Rank fighters cause it aint gone happen..Top Rank fighters only fight other Top Rank fighters unless it goes to purse Bid and that has been proven

I see this being Floyd's hardest fight. I don't know if Guerrero can pull the upset, but I think he'll keep it close!

Marquez is more of a trapsetter and is very patient. Floyd is more patient, a better trapsetter, and more athletic.

It's no contest. Styles, ya know?
