Hey boxers, i know this is a weird question as i am pretty much the only one who knows the answer, but i am wondering if what i experienced was normal or if i just have a bad chin. So I had my 4th or so sparring session yesterday, and got hit with my first decent shot ive taken. ive been hit before but not this hard, was probably only 50-60% power and had a flash for a split second, and got like a weird vision impairment almost like a shot of adrenaline. no wobbly legs or feeling of being rocked though. now i have a mild headache which feels like a tension headache at the back of my neck. bare in mind i was fairly dehydrated which is dumb i know. This just sucks because the guy is smaller than me. any help is appreciated!

Yeah that sounds normal to me. I have experienced very similar symptoms when being hit.

He’s asking if it’s normal to feel that way after being hit.

    It's normal if you're British
