The game plan seemed off from the start. It may seem like it could be on josh… but lee mcgregor had a shitty game plan as well which cost him a draw (I had him winning but it was too close for comfort btw. No doubt Taylor lost for me tonight. Thoughts?
In the corner during the last couple rounds he was telling Taylor that he was losing or behind so at least he was telling him the truth.
Sorry but an undisputed champion can't blame his trainer for a loss like this. He's just not as good as this forum hoped.
I’ve always felt that Boxercise Ben is not a good enough trainer for elite fighters, BUT you can’t blame this all on him (if at all). Taylor’s lacklustre performance is on Taylor.
Yes. Why didn't he tell Taylor to just fight on the outside? He had a significant height and reach advantage on Catteral, just pop the jab at the body and head and try to catch Catteral with the left when HE tries to come in. Taylor also has no right hook, very embarrassing showcase
