Is this proof Deontay Wilder should have won the first fight?

I just watched it last night. It was a good fight, except for the result. Fury won and corrected all the issues in the rematch.

If you get up right at 10, it could have been called off. He did benefit from a little luck in that first fight.

No - he got up and won the rest of the round.

No one is saying it couldn't be called off.

But it's very very obvious that the right call was made since Fury was clearly able to continue.

Is there an award for dumbest fans? Not this one again. Read the rule book and get on with your life. The fight was fairly officiated even though Fury got jobbed on the decision. He took it like a man and went on to crush Wilder in the rematch, becoming one of the biggest stars in boxing. That’s a good lesson for Wilder and his fans. Don’t grasp at straws. Wilder was VERY lucky to get out of that fight with a draw. He clearly lost.

"f you're going to lose a fight in a three-fight series, the second fight is the one to lose."

In theory you are correct but in practice it doesn't work like that. In combat sports history there are few exceptions to the rule that the fighter who loses the 2nd fight in a trilogy goes on to lose the third.

    I only said
“Alexa, show me an idiot behaving like an idiot as only idiots can!”

Next thing up pops this video demonstrating sublime idiocy from Porky, and you can tell him I said that!

Wilder should be used to test Hunter and A.J ASAP.
    Might be damn cool fights.

Wilder fans showing their class once again I see. None of them seem to have an issue if the fight was called off and Wilder handed an undeserved win? What happened to may the best man win?
