Is this proof that Jai Opetaia is better than Joseph Parker

If he gets hit as much as he has been at CW at HW, his lights are getting switched off. Does he have the skills to stay away from trouble at HW or the gas tank? I do not think he does. But he will move up to HW because the money is too good there to turn down.

 

Tbf I don't think Opetaia gets hit much more than someone like Kabayel. He is just more likely to get hit when he is out of position and not braced because he moves a lot more.

Briedis was 37 and 39 years old in those wins. Opetaia has shown some promise but currently hasn't begun to show he's on Parkers level

Yeah I agree, his resume is pretty thin bar the Briedis wins (good wins though). He really should have fought CBS, and Zurdo by now but I believe CBS and Zurdo are the ones ducking him if I'm correct.

I have a feeling he'll beat Zurdo then just move up rather than fight for the WBC belt.

i like Jai but hes probably in the worst division around and his fights since briedis have been wilder levels bad hopefully a fight with ramirez isnt far off and another challenger comes on the scene
