I was watching Roy vs Reggie Johnson the other day.

Very good display from Roy, didnt give Reggie a chance.

I've always considered Jones's best to be against Vinny Paz.

    good one ...

12 rounds without a doubt ... and if in '95 then Brannon quite possibly by KO. During this period ... Joe was fighting ultra super safe bums or bumlets

I wouldn't be able to pin it down to one fight. You had to see him against swarmers (Brannon, Sosa), counterpunchers (Toney), boxer-brawlers (Hopkins), imposing men (Hill), squat men (Griffin) for a sum total of domination.

4 all the people who said Roy had problems in his career with pressure fighters, there you go. I always tell people Glen johnson wasnt the 1st person to pressure RJ. He disposed of Bryant Brannon easy. If GLen Johnson was fightin this Rj it woulda been trouble

Anyone who saw Roy win the Light Heavy title vs Reggie Johnson may have thought that was his peak.

Johnson schooled steve Collins + barely lost to Toney. He was a class southpaw.

Jones put a clinic....it was amazing

Jones for 10 years on a whole dominated world class opposition, the closest I have seen to this ws Joe Clazaghes vs Lacy but remember Joe could manage it for 1 fight.

Jones did it his whole career.
