The quote from RT train the body the mind will follow .With all the early prep etc weight been good and at his age I think this has probably been one of his hardest camps so hopefully he can get it together mentally and he makes WW easy enough.

He looks great but cant get to light welter which was his best weight. He looks good but he is a weight above where he was without doubt most effective. His height goes against him etc. If he can not make light welter he will come unstuck and soon.Possibly tonight!
Answer to the question is no. Best Ricky ever was was for Kostya.

defiantly agree with alot of this, he looked terrible against pac at the weigh ins he looked like a walkin corpse

only fight i remember him lookin in tip top shape after kostya at 140 was castillo the rest he'd always have that angin colesaw/spot on his lip and walk around looking like death, of course he looked in great shape for floyd but that fight was at 147, its mental really how much 7lbs can make a difference but when your working with the % body fat of a professional athlete it must be brutal

His face worries me, think it could get severely battered and bruised very quickly. torso wise he looks great.

wish I had bet on Senchenko to stop him, I only bet on him outright on a free bet a few weeks back but after seeing that 5 programme I say he's getting knocked out.

He has a glassy eyed vacant look and his words aren't flowing as well as they once did... he really did seem a bit pissed.

Only thing I can think is that maybe he's seeming to be lacking in confidence as he doesn't want to disappoint anyone - remember the flack he copped after saying "put your house on it" when fighting Pacman?

    he doesnt look well

chances are he has trained too hard and too long for this and will be an empty vessel, a shell of a man etc along the lines of del la hoya vs pacman

but the ukrainian aint pacman so who knows.............

10/1 with Sportingbet for a second half stoppage for Senchenko looks tempting, the more I think about it.

I'm inclined to see what I can work with the rugby union internationals and the football tomorrow, if I can come up with a decent sum I've shove it on that.
