Is this the best start to a boxing year you can remeMber in a long time??

Im trying to think and I cant rememeber a better start to a year in a very very long time! I mean lets break it down...

Wilder-Stiverne was a great start to this year! man had doubts this fight would ever happen, got signed with only a month to promote. got it done, became an exciting fight and now theres some life in the HW division!

Rios-Alvarado wasnt great at all but a 3rd fight that needed to settle things and Rios did work.

NBC,CBS,Cbs Network and Spike TV showing live primetime boxing!! IT DOESNT GET BEETER THEN THIS!! For ppl that Hate haymon for some odd reason, how can you hate this?? THIS HELPS BOXING NO MATTER WHAT U HATERS SAY!! I was just talking to my friend yesterday. talking about when we go to bars to hang but they dont have HBO or Showtime...WELL I KNOW EVER BAR HAS NBC AND CBS!! SO now im bout to throw fight partys at bars and ppl that are there will be like wow and watch it. this will bring LOTS OF FANS BACVK TO OUR GREAT SPORT!!

feb 28, Frampton-Avalos and Fury-Hammer. i will watch Frampton-Avalos, i wanna see what both these guys working with. Could care less about Fury but hopes he wins so Wilder get KO later this summer

March 7 - Mares, Broner-Molina jr and Thurman-Guerrero! what a great card to bring boxing back on PrimeTime television!! I cant express how pumped i am about this. Up in the air still if Mares will be on telecast making it a triple header but anyhow hes not fighting anybody great but this fight will get him to Gonazales-GRJ winner or Cruz so im fine with this. Broner-Molina jr is one thats a weird one to guess. Broner is the way better boxer but he hasnt worked on his defense much and might get caught again so you never know! Thuran-Guerrero is a great fight. I think Thurman KO's Guerrero but were gonna learn alot from both fights. if Guerrero wins hes back in a heavy mix and Khan should be begging for that fight. If Thurman wins and wins impressivley on NBC then i think we have another great superstar that the whole world would've saw.

March 13, Spike TV - Berto-Lopez, Porter-Garcia. i dont know much about Garcia but heard he throws down and well all know Porter throws down so i expect an exciting fight. and I love this Berto-Poez fight! both guys are exactly the same in there careers right now. have lost a few fights in the last couple of years but have talent. this could possibly be there last chance to really get in the mix of things. call me crazy but i think this has FOTY Potential! both really have no defense and both throw down, classic coming!

March 14 -CunningHam-Glazkov and Kovalev-Pacal. good card, will watch both fights, not sure what to expect. I think Kovalev-Pscal could get interesting. also my boy Luke Jackson fighting, if you havent seen him yet check him out

March 20 on FS1- Alfonso Gomez-Kamgai! i just saw this! man this is gonna be a war!! :happy

March 28, SHowtime- Gonzalez-GRJ, Maritosayan-Charlo, Brook- Jo JO Dan. I dont know how anybody can hate on that double header on showtime!! Charlo is trying to take the next step and I hope he spanks Vanes. vanes gets on my nerves! and Johhny-GRJ should be sweet! GRJ has the skills but only stepped up once in his career and lost so you just dont know what he'll do. winner possibly gets Mares or Cruz

April 4 CBS -Stevenson-Bika Berbetive-Campillo. not super pumped about this card. never seen Berbetiv fight yet so i wanna check him out and i do like Stevenson and Bika so im hoping for a good fight. what ppl dont know is this is the same day the final four will happen on CBS!! so ppl that are getting ready for the final four will have CBS on day and at Noon it goes to a primetime double header leading into the final four!! Man haymon is so smart its crazy, so i will be watching. Also BKB Rosado-Stevens and Jesus Soto Karass on the card. straight slugfest, packed night!! and there debuting new technolgy of how much force every punch is, that should be cool!

April 11th NBC Garcia-Peterson, Lee-Quillen. another great double header and its live on NBC!!! i will watch at bar to get some casuals back into boxing! Quillen shouldnt get this fight but its signed and lets see what he does. Im hoping Lee KO's Quillen, great fight i say. garcia-Peterson is a 10 round catch weight bout that takes some steam off of it but there still the top 2 JWW's right now so its a good fight. also Saildo-Martinez in puerto rico..i dont like this at all. ANother one my my ppl will lose to a mexican once again :-(

April 18th Chavez jr-Fonfare (Showtime), Crawford-Dulmore and Matthysse-Ruslan (HBO).....WHAT A DAY WHAT A DAY!! theres no expaling needed on this one folks!! (heard there trying to get Walters on this card, making this probably the best card of the year!!!

April 25th Waldmir-Jennings! yep, this is great! Waldmir back in the states after finally having a good performance in his last fight against a young, upcoming amercian fighter trying to be MW King at MSG! What is there not to like.

May 9th Figeuroa-Burns on CBS! yeah I like this and i like this alot. guranteed slugfest, lucky to go past 6. nice afternoon bashing!

Canelo-Kirkland TBA, not the mega fight we wanted but sure be a good 4 round slugfest with mutiplee knockdowns.

Biggest mega fight of them all.

Then you have Cotto (I still think he might fight GGG in June, he'll be wacthing saturday like all of us)

Then some many fighters that done have dates yet. Andrade-Charlo possibly, Khan if he gets off his A$$,bradley, WIlder-Fury could happen by June, Lara,Rigo,Cruz, Wrad-kessler maybe, Lemiox-N'dam is gonna be good, man what a year!!!

yes long thread that most of you guys wont read but im a true boxing fan and i havent been this excited i think since 2007 when it was Mayweather-DLH Hatton, Pavilk-Taylor, Calazaghe-Kessler. that was a great year of boxing but I feel WAYYYY better because of NBC and CBS and all these fights signed and ready to go in the first 6 months of the year!!!!
