    We get carried away a lot of times with fight hype, boxing gossip, and plain ol nuthuggery, which distracts us from some real interesting facts.

    If you look at the top boxers of today and from a few years ago, you'll realize there are lots of them whose first or last name starts with an M. Here are a few to prove it:

    Mayweatner
    Manny pacman
    Martinez
    Mosley
    Miguel cotto
    Margarito
    Marquez
    Marcos Maidana
    Montiel
    Mikkel Kessler
    Mijares

    I could go forever, but you get my point. Do you think we have enough young Ms to keep this trend going?
