Is this the first time Mayweather faces someone with longer arms than he has?

    Becaue i believe it is. Guys like De la Hoya and Corrales were of course much taller and bigger, but neither of them had as much arm length. Mosley's arm length, according to HBO, is i believe 26 inches to Mayweather's 25 (maybe i didn't get those numbers 100% right, but at least i'm sure Mosley's arms are longer).

    Too bad for Mosley that he usually doesn't make much use of his reach. Maybe brother Naazim can make him do it?

    According to boxrec, Corrales had a 70-inch reach and Mayweather has 72. Trust me i do my homework lol.

    it doesn't matter.

    The way Mayweather extends his body for a jab/punch will always make his reach longer.

    He used his full reach to land straight shots right through the gloves of Margarito. Pretty effectively if you ask me.
