Lol I am assuming most of the people here are European and that is why they think this era is great. Or maybe you are just little kids who don't know better. Povetkin is a steroid using bum. Anthony Joshua is a steroid using, glass chin bum. Wlad is a joke and was always a joke. As I said great fighters don't get knocked out 3 times in their primes by D level fighters like Ross Purrity, Corrie Sanders and Lamon Brewster. Wlad reigned for so many years because of the lack of talent. Most black Americans don't give a damn about boxing anymore. That is why they play football or basketball. Now finally Europeans get a heavyweight boxing champion and they are so happy. Good stuff.

Parker is average. He would be no better than a guy like Everett Martin from the 80's adn 90's and Deontay Wilder has yet to prove anything with his career.

    No not even close.

Do you remember 11 years ago when Maskaev knocked out Rahman again to win the WBC belt or in 2003 when Byrd fought Oquendo for the IBF belt
or out of gas Briggs behind on points knocked Liakhovich out of the ring in the last seconds only to lose the belt in the next fight.
Or when 7ft Valuev won a belt vs Ruiz

The 1973 Ring HW list was strong as well.

    George Foreman, Champion

    1. Muhammad Ali
    2. Joe Frazier
    3. Ken Norton
    4. Jerry Quarry
    5. Ron Lyle
    6. Earnie Shavers
    7. Oscar Bonavena
    8. Joe Bugner
    9. Jimmy Ellis
    10. Chuck Wepner
The current division is nothing compared to the 1973 and 1991 ones.

These Europeans and Hispanics on the scene now are legit. It has nothing to do with race, but you seem to find the need to bring race into most of your posts.
