I'm gonna go with Ricardo Lopez. Take any ten fight streak between winning the title and fighting Rosendo Alvarez.

 sorry. That's who I picked to.

Kind of funny people are still picking people who had worse, when Pong literally fought guys they found on the street during his title reign.

i see cleverly getting some more criticism today, does a rookie like cleverly really deserve to be ranked with the other laughing stocks mentioned in this thread?

he deserves respect for coming over here, sure
i dont believe its going to get him too far while hes still with war+en, and thats just been proven because his next opponent was beaten by a rookie last time out

TBF they are far superior to the toney list zod, and they are also not consecutive opponents either, its clear to see you have entered the thread with a biased agenda :good

So to conclude this thread, the 3 worst 10 fight consecutive run of opponents from a reigning champion in the past 30 years are

    - James Toney
    - Ricardo Lopez
    - Pongsaklek Wonjongkam

Can you rank them in 1 to 3 in terms of which you think is the most pathetic run of opponents?

You know what, It seems you always get on here and hate on an American fighter and then put a ****ed up disclaimer out there like you ain't hatin. If you wanna hate on some fighters then you should look in your own backyard cause the UK is the bargin basement for fighters.:bbb

If we're talking about guys that are actual HOF-level, I would say Kaosai Galaxy.

OK, I can see Wonjongkam if we're counting non-title defenses while champion.

If we're counting only the title defenses, then you guys are laughable fools.

James "The Buffet King" Toney loves to clown around and make fun of other fighter's records while his record is as padded as can be when it comes to easy pickings.

    Omar Narvaez, 2004-2007
    Carvahlo, 6-1, WBO defense
    Vicente, 15-7
    Obregon, 16-10-3
    Vicente II, 15-8
    Inom, 13-0, WBO defense
    Azuaga, 67-7-2
    Flores, 15-2-4, WBO defense
    Ramos, 11-4-2, WBO defense
    Asloum, 21-1, WBO defense
    Marquez, 11-2, WBO defense

Pretty bad stretch for an active fighter when he was titlist, with majority in that stretch being official defenses.
