Yes it's hard to say how much of a benefit the PEDs would have given him. In my opinion, it has to be held against him, it hangs over his achievements. Those who ignore drugs cheating probably think Lance Armstrong is the best cyclist of all time :roflatsch As for those questions, I would say the steroids would have helped him move up in weight, and it's likely some of his best wins such as against Jirov and Holyfield came while Toney was cheating, which takes the shine off them

Holyfield is one of my favourite fighters, but I can't get over 'Evan Fields' :-(
