    speed killing , and if you are smart and have good chin you can be on the top like Pac,Martinez,Adamek but you need hard training . Nothing for free

    Pavlik, who was one dimensional, was never difficult to hit and always try to overpower his foes. Arreola is the same...

    I don't think you'll find a more dedicated fighter who trains like a maniac the way Adamek does...

    Your right. Nothing is for free. And Tomasz is paying his dues well.
