    No mate, your the one talking horse ****. Different people have different metabolisms. But eh, dont believe me, its up to you, ive given my advice and to be honest i cannot be arsed to sit here and argue it, but if you do some research i think you will find it is true. Or hell, you could even try it out yourself, and experience some results;)

    A calorie is a unit of energy, if you take in more energy than you expend, you're going to gain weight. If you take in less energy than you expend, you're going to lose weight.
