Basically due to certain factors i quite often dont have time to go home for a few hours after workouts. Im just starting on a much more intense workout regime as im aiming to have my first am fight as soon as possible. Therefore i need something post workout that doesnt cost a fortune and is easy to carry. I can get a 10% deal on this product
http://www.gbnutrition.co.uk/Recover-X_Post_Workout_120caps/p523030_4682651.aspx and was wondering what more experienced posters thought of it? Ideally i would go home and have a meal after working out but its not possible every day that i train.

What do people think of its effectiveness and value for money?? would i be better off with a whey shake??

there is also a pre training workout supplement

    Same questions

Atm im taking no protein shakes except for some caseine powder i have with milk before bed on training days.

pichachu i meant more about the concept im sure there are similar products on the market and what people thought of them. "Post workout caps" sound a bit too good to be true and a sales pitch for ignorant people like myself. Wanted to know what people with a bit more understanidng of the nutritional side thought.

Always tag you smalls, i respect you and your work :D (no suck up?)
That was an incredible thread it deserves respect.
What about L-Glutamine is that worthwhile?? Basically i need a practical solution for something to provide post work out nutrition that is cheap and portable. Portable/easy is more important than cheap tbh.

I use a similar product sometimes, it has a chemical in that makes your muscles tingle. It's actually pretty good, I don't get the connection between limited time to train and use of this product, can you translate your post into ****** for me?

similar to the post workout caps or l-glutamine? Ive got plenty time to train its just that i cant go home and make myself a meal in between or afford to eat well out. For example tomorrow ive got a lecture then im training at 11-12 then I wont get home till like 3/4 so i need something small enough to carry with me about and effective.

No idea, all i take post-workout is Whey Protein. F*ck all those other things that screw with your system (like Jack3d).
