Tommy's resume is actually more impressive because it's long and with ho phony layoffs (code for lookit)

Yeah, just check out Leonard - Geraldo (1979 too soon?)

    SPAGHETTI LEG CITY!

Also see Duran - Leonard 1, Leonard - Howard

Norris wouldve had him no matter when

Rooster still comes to the conclusion Leonard was overrated and that Norris would've mugged him in their primes.

Nothing has changed during my lengthy hiatus...

Good to see you back Robbi! Yes the feathers still fly everywhere as soon as SRL is mentioned anywhere in here. He must have some sort of version of the bat-signal.

It's good to return to the best boxing forum online, with the most knowledgable observers of pugilism anywhere in the world, JT. Everyone departed the premises after the avatars vanished, and I did too.

I popped in from time to time, but never posted. It was as good as ghost town I noticed.

I hope you manage to watch Golovkin-Brook down under this weekend. How long does Brook last is the question.

On a side note: Leonard to obliterate Norris around the 6th.

Good stuff mate. So everyone departed with the avatar restrictions. I wasn't around to see, came back a month or three ago. Pretty sure i saw Stonehands the other day. Can't remember the last time i saw Manassa and co. Lora was on recently. Drew is still about now and then. Sal, Sweet Scientist, MDWC and so many others seem to be gone. Magoo is still here consistently and mcvey, Unforgiven and a couple of others.

That's him, the guy whose best wins are over well past it former champs, the guy who was knocked down by Simon Brown's left jab, the guy who was stopped by 14-4-1 Keith Mullings, the guy who only managed 1 win out of 3 fights against Luis Santana, the guy whose jizz is on your chin every time you post here.

The "resume" thing is really close, surely.
Leonard tends to get rated above Hearns based on the fact that he won their 1981 fight and he also did better against Hagler.
But if we're talking about resume v resume, it's got to be too close to call.

Anyone knock Leonard down with a jab? Remind me how old Leonard was when he fought Norris.

Yeah it was pay back for all the snipping & bitching at Hector when Leonard was haunting ringside doing color commentary during one of his multiple faux retirements.

I'm sure leonard wasnt bitching any more after Hector was thru with him. knockout losers dont usually gripe after a humbling experience (unless its Zab Judah)
